Ok but how do I put them in my project?
Open your preferred video editing software (such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
Bring the Transition.mov files into your editing project.
Place your chosen Malick transition.mov file at the desired cut point in your video. Locate the frame where the transition fully covers the image.
You will probably have to resize them go ahead and do that if necessary.
